Wholesale Power Contract definition

Wholesale Power Contract is defined in the First Recital.
Wholesale Power Contract means the Second Amended and Restated Wholesale Power Contract, dated as of January 1, 2009, between ODEC and Buyer. Wholesale Power Contract means any of the Remaining MembersWholesale Power Contracts or the NOVEC Wholesale Power Contract.

  • Termination of membership shall not release the Member from its debts, liabilities or obligations to the Corporation, including, without limitation, its obligations under the Wholesale Power Contract between the Member and the Corporation.

  • As to all Members who have executed an Amended and Restated Wholesale Power Contract between the Corporation and the Member dated as of January 1, 2003, a Member may withdraw on the following terms.
