Retirement of the Recovery Bonds definition

Retirement of the Recovery Bonds means any day on which the final distribution is made to the Indenture Trustee in respect of the last Outstanding Recovery Bonds.

Related to Retirement of the Recovery Bonds

  • Eligible Investments Any one or more of the obligations and securities listed below which investment provides for a date of maturity not later than the Determination Date in each month:

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.
