Parity Bonds definition

Parity Bonds means bonds payable from the revenues of the System other than the Bonds but issued on a parity and equality with the Bonds pursuant to the restrictive provisions of Section 11 of this Resolution;
Parity Bonds means any bonds issued on a parity with the Series II-2019 Bonds and the Outstanding Bonds pursuant to the 1954 Resolution;
Parity Bonds means additional bonds or obligations issued on a parity as to pledge and lien with the Bonds in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of this Resolution.

  • So long as the Bonds are Outstanding, the Agency shall not issue any bonds, notes or other obligations, enter into any agreement or otherwise incur any indebtedness, which is in any case secured by a lien on all or any part of the Tax Revenues which is superior to or on a parity with the lien established hereunder for the security of the Bonds, excepting only Parity Bonds issued pursuant to Section 3.06 and Senior Bonds issued in accordance with Section 3.07.

  • The amount required to be maintained in the Reserve Account may be increased by any Supplemental Indenture authorizing the issuance of any Parity Bonds pursuant to Section 3.06.

Parity Bonds means the Outstanding Parity Bonds, the Bonds and any

Parity Bonds means any bonds, notes, debentures, or other multiple fiscal year financial obligations having a lien upon the Subordinate Pledged Revenue or any part thereof on parity with the lien thereon of the Bonds, and any other obligation secured by a lien on any ad valorem property taxes of the District and designated by the District, in the resolutions, indentures, or other documents pursuant to which such obligations are issued, as constituting a Parity Bond hereunder, provided that such obligations are required to be issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.04 hereof. Any Parity Bonds hereafter issued may be issued pursuant to such resolutions, indentures, or other documents as may be determined by the District, and shall be designated in such resolutions, indentures or other documents as constituting Parity Bonds hereunder. Unless specifically designated as such by the District, obligations payable from an Unencumbered Debt Service Mill Levy shall not constitute Parity Bonds hereunder.
Parity Bonds means the 2009 Parity Bonds, the 2012 Parity Bonds, the 2015 Parity Bonds, the 2016 Parity Bonds and any Future Parity Bonds.
