Parity Bonds definition

Parity Bonds means bonds payable from the revenues of the System other than the Bonds but issued on a parity and equality with the Bonds pursuant to the restrictive provisions of Section 11 of this Resolution;
Parity Bonds means additional bonds or obligations issued on a parity as to pledge and lien with the Bonds in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of this Resolution.
Parity Bonds means the Bonds and any Future Parity Bonds.

Parity Bonds means the Outstanding Parity Bonds, the Bonds and any
Parity Bonds means the Outstanding Parity Bonds, the Series 2020C Bonds and any Additional Bonds hereafter issued or incurred pursuant to the Bond Resolution and standing on a parity and equality with the Series 2020C Bonds with respect to the Net Revenues.
Parity Bonds means all Bonds which are currently Outstanding and any other Bonds which may be issued under the Master Resolution prior to the issuance of the Refunding Bonds.
Parity Bonds means the Previously Issued Parity Bonds and any additional bonds or other obligations hereafter issued or incurred pursuant to Section 902 hereof and standing on a parity and equality with the Bonds with respect to the payment of principal and interest from the Net Revenues of the System.
Parity Bonds means any bonds issued on a parity with the Series NN-2022 Bonds and the Outstanding Bonds pursuant to the 1949 Resolution;
Parity Bonds means collectively: (a) the Outstanding Parity Bonds; (b) the Series 2019A Bonds; and (c) any Additional Bonds hereafter issued or incurred pursuant to the Bond Resolution and standing on a parity and equality with the Bonds described in (a) and (b) hereof with respect to the Pledged Revenues.
Parity Bonds means collectively the Outstanding Bonds, the Bonds and bonds hereafter issued on a parity therewith.
