Retained Interest Percentage definition

Retained Interest Percentage means, on any date of determination, when used with respect to Group III Collections that are Principal Collections, Recoveries, Lease Payment Recoveries, Losses, Lease Payment Losses and other amounts, an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) minus the sum of (i) the invested percentages for all outstanding Group III Series of Notes and (ii) the available subordinated amount percentages for all Group III Series of Notes that provide for credit enhancement in the form of overcollateralization, including all classes of such Group III Series of Notes, in each case as such percentages are calculated on such date with respect to Group III Collections that are Principal Collections, Recoveries, Lease Payment Recoveries, Losses, Lease Payment Losses and other amounts, as applicable.
Retained Interest Percentage means, on any date of determination, when used with respect to Principal Collections, Recoveries, Lease Payment Recoveries, Losses, Lease Payment Losses and other amounts, an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) minus the sum of the Invested Percentages for all outstanding Group V Series of Notes, in each case as such Invested Percentages are calculated on such date with respect to Principal Collections, Recoveries, Lease Payment Recoveries, Losses, Lease Payment Losses and other amounts, as applicable.
Retained Interest Percentage means the Number of Shares Issuable with Respect to Cendant Group's Retained Interest in Move.com Group divided by the Total Number of Notional Move.com Shares Deemed Outstanding.

Related to Retained Interest Percentage

  • Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date; and

  • Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) any Reset Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Reset Date.
