Retail Class definition

Retail Class. A Class that is designed to be issued and maintained by the Retail Depository in small denominations ($1,000 “Retail Class Units,” unless otherwise provided in the related Terms Supplement) and that receives payments of principal as set forth in Appendix IV to the Offering Circular or as otherwise provided in the related Terms Supplement.
Retail Class. A Class of Pass-Through Certificates that is designed to be issued and maintained by the Retail Depository in small denominations ($1,000 “Retail Class Units,” unless otherwise provided in the related Terms Supplement) and that receives payments of principal in units or other increments in accordance with priorities and limitations as specified in the related Terms Supplement.
Retail Class. A Class of Pass-Through CertiÑcates that is designed to be issued and maintained by the Retail Depository in small denominations and that may receive payments of principal in units or other increments in accordance with priorities and limitations as speciÑed in the related Terms Supplement.

Examples of Retail Class in a sentence

  • This Plan may be terminated at any time, without the payment of any penalty, by vote of a majority of the Independent Trustees or by a vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Retail Class.

  • The Adviser directly, or through the Distributor, may, subject to the approval of the Trustees, make payments to securities dealers and other third parties who engage in the sale of Retail Class shares or who render shareholder support services, including but not limited to providing office space, equipment and telephone facilities, answering routine inquiries regarding the Fund, processing shareholder transactions and providing such other shareholder services as the Trust may reasonably request.

  • This Plan does not require the Adviser or Distributor to perform any specific type or level of distribution activities or to incur any specific level of expenses for activities primarily intended to result in the sale of Retail Class shares of the Fund.

  • The weighted average lives of Retail Class Units will vary among diÅerent investors.

  • The Retail Class will not make separate payments as a result of this Plan to the Adviser, Distributor or any other party, it being recognized that the Fund presently pays, and will continue to pay, a management fee to the Adviser.

  • It is recognized that the Adviser may use its management fee revenues as well as past profits or its resources from any other source, to make payment to the Distributor with respect to any expenses incurred in connection with the distribution of Retail Class shares, including the activities referred to above.

  • Consistent with the limitation of shareholder liability as set forth in the Trust’s Trust Instrument or other organizational document, any obligations assumed by the Retail Class pursuant to this Plan and any agreements related to this Plan shall be limited in all cases to the Retail Class and its assets, and shall not constitute obligations of any other class of shares of the Fund or any series of the Trust.

  • A Retail Class: A retail class of a Fidelity Advisor Fund or a Fidelity Retail Fund may be exchanged for (i) shares of any Fidelity Retail Fund or class offering an exchange privilege to other Fidelity Retail Funds or classes, or (ii) if held through a Retirement Plan, shares of any class of a Fidelity Fund available through an investor's Retirement Plan.

  • Gender differences in social skills, problem behaviors and academic competence of Iranian kindergarten children based on their parent and teacher ratings.

  • To the extent that any payments made by the Fund to the Adviser, including payment of management fees, should be deemed to be indirect financing of any activity primarily intended to result in the sale of Retail Class shares of the Fund within the context of Rule 12b-1 under the Act, then such payments shall be deemed to be authorized by this Plan.

Related to Retail Class

  • First Class Mail When mailed first class to the last address of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective three (3) mail delivery days after deposit in a United States Postal Service office or mailbox. Certified Mail: When mailed certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective on receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt. Overnight Delivery: When delivered by overnight delivery (Federal Express/Airborne/United Parcel Service/DHL WorldWide Express) with charges prepaid or charged to the sender’s account, notice is effective on delivery, if delivery is confirmed by the delivery service. Facsimile transmission: When sent by facsimile to the facsimile number of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective on receipt, provided that, (a) a duplicate copy of the notice is promptly given by first-class or certified mail or by overnight delivery, or (b) the receiving party delivers a written confirmation of receipt. Any notice given facsimile shall be deemed received on the next business day if it is received after 5:00 p.m. (recipient’s time) or on a non-business day. Any party may change its address or facsimile number by giving the other party notice of the change in any manner permitted by this Agreement.

  • asset class means the category of the underlying interest of a derivative and includes, for greater certainty, interest rate, foreign exchange, credit, equity and commodity;

  • International Classification means the Classification established under the Locarno Agreement Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs;

  • Scheduled Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance The sum of the Original Principal Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-R Certificates, as set forth in Section 11.06.

  • Corresponding Class The Class of Certificates that corresponds with a class of interests in REMIC 2 as described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are Revolving Loans or Swingline Loans.

  • Original Class B-1 Percentage The Class B-1 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.08.

  • Backward Classes means any socially and educationally Backward Classes of citizens recognized by the Government for purpose of clause (4) of article 15 of the Constitution of India;

  • principal class of shares means the class or classes of shares representing a majority of the voting power and value of the company;

  • Original Class Principal Balance means, with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates, the initial Class Principal Balance thereof as of the Closing Date, in each case as specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Original Class B-4 Percentage The Class B-4 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.11.

  • Original Class B-1 Principal Balance The Class B-1 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Class size means the maximum number of students who can receive instruction together in a special class or resource room program and the number of teachers and supplementary school personnel assigned to the class.

  • Voting Classes means Classes 4 and 5.

  • Initial Class Principal Balance As set forth in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Original Class B-4 Principal Balance The Class B-4 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Original Class B-6 Principal Balance The Class B-6 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.
