Examples of Restricted Voting Shares in a sentence
Except as otherwise provided in these Articles (including without limitation the restrictions on voting rights for directors in the case of the Limited Voting Shares) or except as provided in the Business Corporations Act, Multiple Voting Shares, Subordinate Voting Shares, Restricted Voting Shares and Limited Voting Shares are equal in all respects and shall vote together as if they were shares of a single class.
The statement as to the Common Shares or Restricted Voting Shares beneficially owned, controlled or directed, directly or indirectly, by the directors and executive officers hereinafter named is in each instance based upon information furnished by the person concerned and is as at the date hereof.
The Restricted Voting Shares are convertible into Common Shares at the option of the holder or the Corporation on a share-for-share basis.
Holders of Restricted Voting Shares are not entitled to vote on the election or removal of directors of the Corporation.
