Definition of Company Securities


Company Securities means any equity interest of any class or series in the Company.


Company Securities means (i) the Company Common Stock, (ii) any preferred stock of the Company, (iii) any other common stock issued by the Company and (iv) any securities convertible into or exchangeable for, or options, warrants or other rights to acquire, Company Common Stock or any other common or preferred stock issued by the Company.

Company Securities means (i) any Common Stock and (ii) any other securities of the Company entitled to vote generally in the election of directors of the Company.

Examples of Company Securities in a sentence

There are no outstanding obligations of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to repurchase, redeem or otherwise acquire any of the Company Securities.
Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is a party to any voting agreement with respect to the voting of any Company Securities.
There are no outstanding obligations of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to repurchase, redeem or otherwise acquire any Company Securities.
There are no outstanding Contracts of any kind which obligate the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to repurchase, redeem or otherwise acquire any Company Securities.
Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is a party to any voting trust, proxy, voting agreement or other similar agreement with respect to the voting of any Company Securities.



More definitions of Company Securities

Company Securities means shares of Company capital stock and all rights to purchase or otherwise acquire any shares of Company capital stock, including Company Options and Company RSUs.


Company Securities means Common Stock, or such other class or kind of shares or other securities resulting from an event described in Section 10 of the Plan.

Company Securities means Other Securities sought to be included in a registration for the Company’s account.
