Resistance definition

Resistance means the property of hindering the flow of current in an electric circuit;
Resistance means physically evasive movements to defeat a Security Agent’s attempt at de-escalation of a physical attack, including bracing, tensing, pushing, or verbally signaling an intention to avoid or prevent being detained.
