Physical attack means the direct or indirect application of force by a person to the body of, or to clothing or equipment worn by, another person, where that application creates a risk to health and safety.
Physical attack is defined as the intentional and unlawful touching of an employee of the Board of Education so as to cause actual physical disability. “Physical attack” does not include the intentional or negligent infliction of emotional harm to an employee of the Board of Education.
