Reserved Cash definition

Reserved Cash means cash in the amount of $10,000,000.Prepetition Collateral (including Cash Collateral) (such adequate protection as set forth in clauses (a) through (h) below, the “Adequate Protection Obligations”). The Prepetition CollateralAgent, on behalf of itself and for the benefit of the Prepetition Secured Parties, is hereby granted, as applicable, the following:
Reserved Cash has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.2.1;
Reserved Cash means, with respect to a given period, the amount of cash specifically reserved throughout such period by the Company for the payment of principal of and interest on the Notes, or any other Permitted Indebtedness other than any Subordinated Indebtedness.

More Definitions of Reserved Cash

Reserved Cash means any amounts designated as such in a Board Resolution, subject to the prior written consent of the Liquidity Facility Provider.
