Reserve Fund Required Percentage. As of any date, [ ]%; [provided, however, that in the event the Subordination Factor would otherwise be required to increase as a result of a decrease in the Monthly Payment Rate in accordance with the definition of Subordination Factor, the Depositor may by delivering an Officer’s Certificate to the Indenture Trustee and the Rating Agencies prior to the date such increase was to become effective, elect to increase the Reserve Fund Required Percentage in an amount in percentage points equal to the amount the Subordination Factor would otherwise have been required to have been increase rather than increasing the Subordination Factor. Reserve Fund Required Percentage means, (a) for any Distribution Date not described in clauses (b) or (c), 1.00%, (b) for any Distribution Date during a Subordination Step-up Period for which the Transferors have elected to increase the Reserve Fund Required Percentage in accordance with Section 4.11(c), 1.00% plus the Step-up Percentage or (c) for any Distribution Date relating to the Early Amortization Period and not otherwise described in clause (b), 5.00%; provided, that the Transferors may reduce any of these percentages so long as the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied.
