Subordination Factor definition

Subordination Factor means, for the Series 2016-3 Notes, (a) for a Determination Date not stated in clause (b), 12.00% or (b) for a Determination Date during a Subordination Step-up Period, unless the Depositors have elected to increase the Series 2016-3 Reserve Account Required Percentage according to Section 4.7(b) of the Indenture Supplement, 16.00%.
Subordination Factor means, for the Series 20 - Notes, (a) for a Determination Date not stated in clause (b), % or (b) for a Determination Date during a Subordination Step-up Period, unless the Depositors have elected to increase the Series 20 - Reserve Account Required Percentage according to Section 4.7(b) of the Indenture Supplement, %.
