Reserve Account Control Agreement definition

Reserve Account Control Agreement means the agreement among the Issuer, __________, as securities intermediary, and the Indenture Trustee, dated as of __________ __, 200_, relating to the Reserve Account, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit D, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

Reserve Account Control Agreement means a blocked account control agreement providing the Buyer with control at all times over the Reserve Account.
