Required U.S. Term Lenders definition

Required U.S. Term Lenders means, at any time, U.S. Term Lenders having U.S. Term Loans representing at least a majority of the sum of all U.S. Term Loans outstanding at such time; provided that the U.S. Term Loans outstanding of any Defaulting Lender shall be disregarded in determining Required U.S. Term Lenders at any time.
Required U.S. Term Lenders means at any time not less than three (3) US Term Lenders then holding more than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate unpaid principal amount of the US Term Loans then outstanding.
