Representation and Warranty Insurance Policy definition

Representation and Warranty Insurance Policy means the representation and warranty insurance policy obtained by the Sponsor in connection with the Mergers.

Representation and Warranty Insurance Policy means the buyer-side representation and warranty insurance policy to be obtained by Buyer.

Representation and Warranty Insurance Policy means the representation and warranty insurance policy obtained by the Parent in connection with the Acquisition.

Representation and Warranty Insurance Policy means that certain representation and warranty insurance policy in the last form provided to the Sellers prior to the execution hereof, as it may be amended from time to time (in the case of any amendments that by their terms adversely affect the Sellers, with the consent of the Sellers, not to be unreasonably conditioned, withheld or delayed).

Representation and Warranty Insurance Policy means that certain Buyer-side Representations and Warranties Insurance Policy conditionally bound promptly after the date of this Agreement and issued by Liberty Surplus Insurance Corporation.

Representation and Warranty Insurance Policy means that certain Buyer’s representations and warranties policy of insurance to be issued by the Representation and Warranty Insurance Policy provider (the “R&W Carrier”) and paid for in full by Buyer, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
