Reportable Persons definition

Reportable Persons means an individual (or entity) that is tax resident in a Reportable Jurisdiction under the laws of that jurisdiction. The Customer will normally be the “Reportable Person”; however, in the case of a Customer that is a Passive NFE, a Reportable Person also includes any Controlling Persons who are tax resident in a Reportable Jurisdiction. Dual resident individuals may rely on the tiebreaker rules contained in tax conventions (if applicable) to solve cases of double residence for purposes of determining their residence for tax purposes.
Reportable Persons means a Reportable Jurisdiction Person other than: (i) a corporation the stock of which is regularly traded on one or more established securities markets; (ii) any corporation that is a Related Entity of a corporation described in clause (i); (iii) a Governmental Entity; (iv) an International Organisation;
Reportable Persons means persons who are account holders or controlling persons of reportable accounts;

  • You hereby waive any right to object to any such disclosure being made, in relation to you or any of your related US Reportable Persons.

  • With respect to an Account Holder of a Preexisting Entity Account (including an Entity that is a Reportable Person), the Reporting Financial Institution must determine whether the Account Holder is a Passive NFE with one or more Controlling Persons who are Reportable Persons.

  • With respect to an Account Holder of a New Entity Account (including an Entity that is a Reportable Person), the Reporting Financial Institution must determine whether the Account Holder is a Passive NFE with one or more Controlling Persons who are Reportable Persons.

Related to Reportable Persons

  • Reportable Event means any of the events set forth in Section 4043(c) of ERISA, other than events for which the 30 day notice period has been waived.
