Replenishment Signal definition

Replenishment Signal means an instruction to Supplier to ship Components to one or more Hubs, either on a single date or on multiple pre-scheduled dates. The instruction may take the form of a discrete or blanket purchase order (fax or electronic), EDI demand signal, or any other method agreed between EMS Provider and Supplier.
