Replacement Effective Date definition

Replacement Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.11(g).

Replacement Effective Date shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.19(a).

Replacement Effective Date means the date that the Replacement Registration Statement has been declared effective by the SEC.
