Replacement Aircraft Parts definition

Replacement Aircraft Parts shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.4 of the Aircraft Security Agreement.

Examples of Replacement Aircraft Parts in a sentence

  • All Replacement Aircraft Parts shall be free and clear of all Liens (other than Permitted Liens) and shall be in as good an operating condition as, and shall have a value and utility at least equal to, the Aircraft Parts replaced, assuming such replaced Aircraft Parts and the Aircraft Collateral were immediately prior to such replacement or the event or events necessitating such replacement in the condition and repair required to be maintained by the terms hereof.

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • Replacement Airframe means an Airbus A321 aircraft or a comparable or improved model of Manufacturer (except (a) Engines or engines from time to time installed thereon and any and all Parts related to such Engine or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such aircraft.

  • aircraft type means all aircraft of the same basic design including all modifications thereto except those modifications which result in a change in handling or flight characteristics;

  • Eligible Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Engines means, as of any date of determination, all Engines then leased hereunder.

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;

  • aircraft operator means a person that operated at least 729 commercial air transport flights departing from Union airports in the reporting period or, where that person may not be identified, the owner of the aircraft;

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.
