Aircraft Security Agreement means an Aircraft Security Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, as such Aircraft Security Agreement may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

Aircraft Security Agreement means that certain Aircraft Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.

Aircraft Security Agreement means (i) with respect to any aircraft (comprised of an airframe and its related engines) that may be pledged by a Grantor as Additional Collateral or Qualified Replacement Assets after the date hereof, a security agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit F and (ii) with respect to any spare engine that may be pledged by a Grantor as Additional Collateral or Qualified Replacement Assets after the date hereof, a spare engine security agreement based on the form of aircraft security agreement in Exhibit F but with (x) such changes to conform such form of aircraft security agreement to the description of terms of the security agreement applicable to spare engines in Exhibit G and (y) such other changes proposed by the Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

More Definitions of Aircraft Security Agreement

Aircraft Security Agreement means the Aircraft Security Agreement, dated as of [●], between the Grantor and the Trustee acting on behalf of the Collateral Agent, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms, including supplementation by an Aircraft Security Agreement Supplement pursuant to the Aircraft Security Agreement.

Aircraft Security Agreement means one or more aircraft security agreements executed and delivered by one or more of the Borrowers or the Guarantors in favor of Agent, in each case, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent.

Aircraft Security Agreement means, collectively, (i) all aircraft security agreements, executed by a Loan Party and delivered to the Administrative Agent, granting the Administrative Agent a lien over any Aircraft Collateral registered in the U.S.; (ii) any additional aircraft security agreements, in substantially the form of Aircraft Security Agreement described in clause (i) with such changes as are required to make it comply with the rules and regulations of the Jurisdiction of Registration of such Aircraft, and (iii) any other form of security documentation (including mortgages) in form, scope and terms agreed to by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower (and covering property or Collateral, including real estate, agreed to by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower), executed by a Loan Party and delivered to the Administrative Agent (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the First Lien Aircraft Security Agreement and the Second Lien Aircraft Security Agreement).

Aircraft Security Agreement means the aircraft security agreement dated as of the Closing Date executed in favor of the Administrative Agent by each of the Loan Parties.
