Rental Security definition

Rental Security means the amount equal to the one advance quarter net guaranteed Rentals, which shall be deposited by the Operator to the Employer against security deposit.
Rental Security means the amount equal to the one advance quarter net guaranteed Rental, which shall be deposited by the Concessionaire to the Employer as security deposit.

Examples of Rental Security in a sentence

  • The Operator shall furnish to the Employer the Performance Security, Rental Security (equal to advance quarterly rental) and Payment of applicable Taxes in the forms and the amounts stipulated below, within a period of fifteen (15) days after the receipt of Letter of Acceptance.

  • The Rental Security should be in form of Pay order in favor of the “National Highway Authority, Road Maintenance Account, Islamabad”.

  • The Rental Security shall be equivalent to three (03) months net guaranteed rental, offered by the Operator.

  • Failure will invite encashment of Performance Security & Rental Security.

Related to Rental Security
