Capital Security definition

Capital Security means an undivided beneficial interest in the assets of the Issuer Trust, having a Liquidation Amount of $1,000 and having the rights provided therefor in this Trust Agreement, including the right to receive Distributions and a Liquidation Distribution as provided herein.
Capital Security means, with respect to any Person, (a) any share of capital stock of or other unit of ownership interest in such Person or (b) any security convertible into, or any option, warrant or other right to acquire, any share of capital stock of or other unit of ownership interest in such Person.
Capital Security has the meaning specified in Section 7.1.
