Common Security definition

Common Security means an undivided beneficial interest in the assets of the Trust, having a Liquidation Amount of $25 and having the rights provided therefor in this Trust Agreement, including the right to receive Distributions and a Liquidation Distribution as provided herein.
Common Security means a security representing an undivided beneficial interest in the assets of the Trust with such terms as may be set out in any amendment to this Declaration.
Common Security has the meaning specified in Section 7.1.

Examples of Common Security in a sentence

  • Such determination shall be made (1) by the Regular Trustees by a majority vote of a quorum consisting of such Regular Trustees who were not parties to such action, suit or proceeding, (2) if such a quorum is not obtainable, or, even if obtainable, if a quorum of disinterested Regular Trustees so directs, by independent legal counsel in a written opinion, or (3) by the Common Security Holder of the Trust.

  • A Common Security need not be so authenticated and shall be valid upon execution by one or more Administrators.

  • The Common Security Certificates evidencing the Common Securities shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2 to the Declaration, with such changes and additions thereto or deletions therefrom as may be required by ordinary usage, custom or practice.
