Renewable Source Electricity definition

Renewable Source Electricity means, guarantee of origin certificated electricity generated by the renewable sources required by the Authority for Smartest to report such supply as renewable for the purposes of annual fuel mix disclosure reporting, in accordance with the Electricity (Fuel Mix Disclosure) Regulations 2005.
Renewable Source Electricity means electricity that is produced from Renewable Energy Sources at accredited power stations compliant with the relevant Regulation, Directive and/or Law, as the case may be.
Renewable Source Electricity has the meaning given to it in paragraph 19 of Schedule 6 to the Finance Act 2000.

  • If the Contract Award Schedule specifies “Renewable Electricity” or we agree in writing that the Supply of Electricity to any Premises should be Renewable Source Electricity, then we will ensure that the electricity supplied to the Premises is Renewable Source Electricity and we will be entitled to charge you the Renewable Premium set out in the Contract Award Schedule.

  • The Supplier will supply the percentage of Renewable Source Electricity set out in the Offer.

  • It may include Renewable Source Electricity generated outside the UK, unless specifically excluded in the Offer.

  • Where relevant, each party shall be permitted to publicise the fact that the Supply Contract is for Renewable Source Electricity so long as the other party is kept fully informed of any such disclosure.

  • We will not supply you with the Agreed CCL Exempt Percentage of your Supplied Elecrticity or Total Forecasted Consumption (as relevant) from Renewable Source Electricity or Good Quality CHP Source Electricity, as applicable, if continuation of such a supply would result in us being in breach of our obligations under the Finance Act 2000.

  • Electric generation service means the provision of retail
