REMIC VI Distribution Amount. The REMIC VI Available Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall be distributed to the Class L6-SW Regular Interest, which amount shall be made available for payment to the Swap Counterparty as provided in Section 4.05.
REMIC VI Distribution Amount. For any Distribution Date, the REMIC VI Available Distribution Amount shall be deemed distributed by REMIC VI to the holders of the Certificates (other than the Class B-IO Certificates) on account of the REMIC VI Regular Interests (other than REMIC VI Regular Interests B-IO-I and B-IO-P), to REMIC VII on account of REMIC VI Regular Interests B-IO-I and B-IO-P, and to the Class R Certificates in respect of Component VI thereof, as follows: to each REMIC VI Regular Interest in respect of Uncertificated Interest thereon and the Uncertificated Principal Balance thereof, the amount distributed in respect of interest and principal on the Related Class or Classes of Certificates (with such amounts having the same character as interest or principal with respect to the REMIC VI Regular Interest as they have with respect to the Related Certificate or Certificates) with the following exceptions: (1) No amount paid to any Certificate in respect of any Basis Risk Shortfall Amount or Basis Risk Shortfall Carryforward Amount shall be included in the amount paid in respect of a related REMIC VI Regular Interest; and (2) amounts paid in respect of Basis Risk Shortfall Amounts and Basis Risk Shortfall Carryforward Amounts to the extent not derived from any Cap Contract Payment Amount shall be deemed paid with respect to REMIC VI Regular Interest B-IO-I in respect of accrued and unpaid interest thereon. Any remaining amount of the REMIC VI Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the holders of the Class R Certificates in respect of Component VI thereof.
REMIC VI Distribution Amount. For any Distribution Date, the REMIC VI Available Distribution Amount shall be deemed distributed by REMIC VI to the holders of the Class B-IO Certificates on account of the REMIC VI Regular Interest. REMIC VI Interests: The REMIC VI Regular Interest and the Class R-X Certificates. REMIC VI Regular Interest: The separate non-certificated beneficial ownership interest in REMIC VI set forth in Section 5.01(c)(vi) and issued hereunder and designated as a "regular interest" in REMIC VI. The REMIC VI Regular Interest shall accrue interest at the Uncertificated Pass-Through Rate specified for such REMIC VI Interest in Section 5.01(c)(vi). The designation for the REMIC VI Regular Interest is set forth in Section 5.01(c)(vi).

Examples of REMIC VI Distribution Amount in a sentence

  • On each Distribution Date, the Trustee (or any duly appointed paying agent) on behalf of the Trust shall withdraw from the Distribution Account the REMIC VI Distribution Amount and shall pay such amount (i) on each Distribution Date on which a Swap Default with respect to the Swap Counterparty has not occurred and is not continuing, to the Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee for payment to the Swap Counterparty, and (ii) on each other Distribution Date, as set forth in Section 4.05(d).

  • REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • REMIC II Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the REMIC II Regular Interests; and

  • REMIC III Distribution Amount The REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall be distributed to the Certificates and the Class R-3 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and

  • Class IO Distribution Amount As defined in Section 5.07(f) hereof. For purposes of clarity, the Class IO Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall equal the amount payable to the Supplemental Interest Trust on such Distribution Date in excess of the amount payable on the Class IO Interest on such Distribution Date, all as further provided in Section 5.07(f) hereof.

  • Residual Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, with respect to the Class R-1 Residual Interest, any portion of the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount for Loan Group 1 and Loan Group 2 remaining after all distributions of the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount pursuant to clauses (a), (b) and (c) (other than the last subclause of clause (c)) of the definition of “REMIC I Distribution Amount”. For any Distribution Date, with respect to the Class R-2 Residual Interest, any portion of the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount remaining after all distributions of the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount pursuant to the definition of “REMIC II Distribution Amount” (other than the distribution pursuant to the last clause thereof). For any Distribution Date, with respect to the Class R-3 Residual Interest and for Loan Group 1 and Loan Group 2, any portion of the REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for Loan Group 1 and Loan Group 2, respectively, remaining after all distributions of such REMIC III Available Distribution Amount pursuant to clauses (I)(A), (I)(B), (I)(C), (II)(A) and (II)(B), as applicable, of the definition of “REMIC III Distribution Amount” (other than the distributions pursuant to the last subclause of clauses (I)(C), (II)(A) and (II)(B)). Upon termination of the obligations created by this Agreement and liquidation of REMIC I, REMIC II and REMIC III, the amounts which remain on deposit in the Certificate Account after payment to the Holders of the REMIC III Regular Interests of the amounts set forth in Section 9.01 of this Agreement, and subject to the conditions set forth therein, shall be distributed to the Class R-1, Class R-2 and Class R-3 Residual Interests in accordance with the preceding sentences of this definition as if the date of such distribution were a Distribution Date.

  • Class B Distribution Amount Any of the Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 or Class B-6 Distribution Amounts.

  • Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Accrual Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date prior to the applicable Accretion Termination Date and any Class of Accrual Certificates, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Class A Interest Percentage of such Class of Accrual Certificates of the Current Class A Interest Distribution Amount and (ii) the Class A Interest Shortfall Percentage of such Class of Accrual Certificates of the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph second of Section 4.01(a)(i) on such Distribution Date.
