Remediation Accounts Fund definition

Remediation Accounts Fund means the component of the Settlement Fund described in Section V.E.

Examples of Remediation Accounts Fund in a sentence

  • A Settling State may choose to reallocate all or a portion of its State Fund to its Remediation Accounts Fund.

  • For example, a Statutory Trust might only address disbursements from a Settling State’s Remediation Accounts Fund.

  • The Settlement Fund shall be comprised of a Remediation Accounts Fund, a State Fund, and a Subdivision Fund for each Settling State.

  • A Participating Subdivision included on Exhibit G may choose to reallocate all or a portion of its allocation from the Subdivision Fund to the State’s Remediation Accounts Fund or to another Participating Subdivision.

  • Non-Participating Subdivisions shall not directly receive any portion of any Annual Payment, including from the State Fund and direct distributions from the Remediation Accounts Fund; however, a Settling State may choose to fund future Opioid Remediation that indirectly benefits Non-Participating Subdivisions.
