Remarketing Indenture definition

Remarketing Indenture means a supplement to a Series Indenture providing for the Remarketing of all or a portion of a Series of Bonds.

  • The Trustee will transfer money held in the Series Interest Reserve Account to the Interest Subaccount in accordance with the Series Indenture, Remarketing Indenture and Acquisition and Operating Policy to provide for negative arbitrage, payment lags and similar predictable shortfalls in Revenues to meet interest payments when due.

  • Remarketing Agreement means the Remarketing Agreement, in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit P hereof, to be entered into among the Company, the Purchase Contract Agent and the Remarketing Agent(s), as the same may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified or replaced from time to time.
