Such substitute agreements shall provide that all Remaining Rents shall be deposited into the Lockbox Account for disbursement in accordance with the terms of the Substitute CMA Agreements, the Lockbox Agreement (as amended to conform with the Substitute CMA Agreements) and this Agreement.
