RELIANCE ON INSTRUCTIONS. No Agent shall be liable in respect of anything done, omitted or suffered by it in reliance on any instruction, request or order from the Issuer or the Trustee or on any Note or other document reasonably believed by it to be genuine and to have been delivered, sent or signed by the proper parties or on written instructions to which it should properly have regard and reasonably believed to have been originated from the Issuer or the Trustee. The Agent will be entitled, without liability, to take no action if conflicting, unclear or equivocal instructions are received from the Issuer, provided that it promptly seeks clarification from the Issuer.
