Relevant Screen Page definition

Relevant Screen Page means the page, section or other part of a particular information service (including, without limitation, Reuters) specified as the Relevant Screen Page in the relevant Final Terms, or such other page, section or other part as may replace it on that information service or such other information service, in each case, as may be nominated by the Person providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Reference Rate;

Relevant Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service as may be specified hereon.

• The Agency Agreement contains provisions for determining the Rate of Interest in the event that the Relevant Screen Page is not available or if, in the case of (A) above, no such offered quotation appears or, in the case of (B) above, fewer than three such offered quotations appear, in each case as at the time specified in the preceding paragraph.

Relevant Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service as may be specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement;

Relevant Screen Page means the screen page specified in the Final Terms or, if none is so specified, Reuters Screen EONIA Page or any successor.
