Reuters Screen LIBO Page. The display designated as page "LIBO" on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace such LIBO page on that service for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates of major banks.

Reuters Screen LIBO Page means the display designated as page "LIBO" on the Reuters Monitor Money Rate Screen (or such other page as may replace the LIBO page on such service for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates of major banks for United States dollar deposits).

Reuters Screen LIBO Page means the display designated as the “LIBO” page on the Reuters Monitory Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the LIBO page on that service) or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers’ Association as the information vendor for the purpose of displaying British Bankers’ Association Interest Settlement Rates for U.S. Dollar deposits.

• LIBOR will be determined on the basis of the offered rates for deposits in U.S. dollars having a maturity of three months commencing on the second London Business Day immediately following such Dividend Determination Date, as such rates appear on the Reuters Screen LIBO Page as of 11:00 A.M. London time, on such Dividend Determination Date.

• If at least two such offered rates appear on the Reuters Screen LIBO Page, LIBOR in respect of such Dividend Determination Dates will be the arithmetic mean (rounded to the nearest one-hundredth of a percent, with five one-thousandths of a percent rounded upwards) of such offered rates.

• If at least two such offered rates appear on the Reuters Screen LIBO Page, the rate in respect of such LIBOR Interest Determination Date will be the arithmetic mean of such offered rates as determined by the Calculation Agent.

Reuters Screen LIBO Page means the display designated as page "LIBO" on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the LIBO page on that service for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates of major banks) ("RMMRS"). In the event the RMMRS is not then quoting such offered rates, "Eurodollar Rate" shall mean for the Interest Period for each Eurodollar Loan or Eurodollar Holder Advance comprising part of the same borrowing or advance (including without limitation conversions, extensions and renewals), the average (rounded upward to the nearest one sixteenth (1/16) of one percent (1%)) per annum rate of interest determined by the office of the Agent (each such determination to be conclusive and binding) as of two (2) Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period, as the effective rate at which deposits in immediately available funds in U.S. dollars are being, have been, or would be offered or quoted by the Agent to major banks in the applicable interbank market for Eurodollar deposits at any time during the Business Day which is the second Business Day immediately preceding the first day of such Interest Period, for a term comparable to such Interest Period and in the amount of the requested Eurodollar Loan and/or Eurodollar Holder Advance. If no such offers or quotes are generally available for such amount, then the Agent shall be entitled to determine the Eurodollar Rate by estimating in its reasonable judgment the per annum rate (as described above) that would be applicable if such quote or offers were generally available.

Reuters Screen LIBO Page means the display designated as page “LIBO” on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the “LIBO” page on that service for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates of major banks). “Telerate Page 3750” means the display designated as page “3750” on Moneyline Telerate (or such other page as may replace the “3750” page on that service or such other service or services as may be nominated by the British Bankers’ Association for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates for U.S. dollar deposits). If neither LIBOR Reuters nor LIBOR Telerate is specified on the face hereof, LIBOR will be determined as if LIBOR Telerate had been specified.
