Registrar of Record definition

Registrar of Record means the Registrar listed in the Registry as the Registrar of a specific Domain Name Registration, other than XXXX. In no event will XXXX be a Registrar of Record for purposes of the Registry PRP;
Registrar of Record means the Registrar which is listed with SGNIC as the appointed Registrar with respect to a Domain Name Registration;

Examples of Registrar of Record in a sentence

  • Upon denying a transfer request for any of the following reasons, the Registrar of Record must provide the Registered Name Holder and the potential Gaining Registrar with the reason for denial.

  • In all such cases, however, the domain name must be put into "Registrar Hold" status by the Registrar of Record prior to the denial of transfer.

  • The chain-of-trust to the child Zone is established by publishing a signed DS record into the Zone.The submission of a DS record is carried out by the Registrar of Record using the Registry interface, that is, the EPP service.We will sign the DS record using the Zone’s ZSK(s) and publish the resulting signature along with the DS record to build the chain-of-trust.

  • The Registrant may change the Registrar of Record with respect to a Domain Name Registration at any time once 60 days has elapsed from the date of registration of the Domain Name.

Related to Registrar of Record

  • Registrar of Deeds means the Registrar of Deeds and Transfers under the Registration of Deeds Act 1856;

  • Registrar of Companies means the Registrar of Companies appointed under the Companies Act;

  • Registrar of Titles means, with respect to any state, the governmental agency or body responsible for the registration of, and the issuance of certificates of title relating to, motor vehicles and liens thereon.

  • Registrar Company means any entity providing share registration services to an issuer of Russian Securities.

  • Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement means the Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement between the Paying Agent/Registrar and the District relating to the Bonds.

  • International Register means the official collection of data concerning international registrations maintained by the International Bureau, which data the Agreement, the Protocol or the Regulations require or permit to be recorded, irrespective of the medium in which such data are stored;

  • the Secretary of State means the Secretary of State for Education;

  • National Register has the same meaning as in section 3 of the National Act. National RTO Standards means the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Cth) and its User Guide.

  • Owner of record The meaning set forth in the System Description.

  • Secretary of State means the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware.

  • township register means an approved subdivision register of a township in terms of the Deeds Registries Act;

  • Shareholder of Record means the record owner of shares issued by an Investment Company or, in the case of joint ownership of such shares, all record owners, as designated (1) in the initial account application, or (2) in writing accompanied by a signature guarantee, or (3) pursuant to procedures as set forth in the Application.

  • National Registry means the database of information about State certified and licensed appraisers maintained by the Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.

  • Land Register means the Land Register compiled under Division 2 of Part II of the Registered Land Law (2004 Revision);

  • Central registry means the system maintained at the department that is used to keep a record of all reports filed with the department under this act in which relevant and accurate evidence of child abuse or child neglect is found to exist.
