Examples of Registry PRP in a sentence

  • This Agreement (including the Registry PRP which are incorporated by reference herein) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written.

  • Throughout the Term of this Agreement, the Registrant shall comply with and abide by all provisions of this Agreement and the Registry PRP.

  • For any Registration Information which is not made available in the WHOIS database, the Registrant acknowledges and agrees that: (a) such information will be maintained in the XXXX Registry and may be used and disclosed by XXXX as permitted herein and/or in the Registry PRP; and (b) XXXX shall have no liability for any claim, damage, loss or expense arising as a result of the disclosure of Registrant Information as permitted herein and/or the Registry PRP.

  • The Registrant shall not enter into any agreement with any Registrar or any other person that is inconsistent with, or in any way, modifies, affects, overrides, limits, contradicts or cancels the terms and conditions of this Agreement and/or the Registry PRP.

  • By continuing to maintain Domain Name Registrations in the Registry, the Registrant has agreed to be bound by any amendments to the Agreement, the Registry PRP and/or the establishment of any new Registry PRP after they become effective.

  • The Registrant agrees to periodically review XXXX’x website, and specifically this Agreement and the Registry PRP available on XXXX’x website, to be aware of any amendments to the Agreement, Registry PRP and/or any new Registry PRP.

  • To the extent that the provisions of any such agreement conflict or are inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement and/or the Registry PRP, the Registrant hereby agrees that the provisions of this Agreement and Registry PRP shall prevail and be binding on the Registrant for the benefit of XXXX.

  • The Registrant acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the Registry PRP, which XXXX may establish and amend from time to time.

  • XXXX may, in accordance with this Agreement, the Registry PRP or, in its sole discretion and at its sole option, restrict the Registrant’s ability to renew, transfer, modify, or delete any or all of the Registrant’s Domain Name Registrations.

  • XXXX is entitled at any time and from time to time during the Term (as defined in Section 7.1) to verify: (a) the truth, accuracy and completeness of any information provided by the Registrant to XXXX, whether directly, through any of the Registrars of Record or otherwise; and (b) the compliance by the Registrant with the provisions of the Agreement and the Registry PRP.

  • Registry Operator means the operator of a Registry.

  • Applicable Registry Operators means, collectively, the registry operators of top-­‐level domains party to a registry agreement that contains a provision similar to this Section 7.6, including Registry Operator.

  • Registry Operator Approval means the receipt of each of the following: (A) the affirmative approval of the Applicable Registry Operators whose payments to ICANN accounted for two-­‐thirds of the total amount of fees (converted to U.S. dollars, if applicable, at the prevailing exchange rate published the prior day in the U.S. Edition of the Wall Street Journal for the date such calculation is made by ICANN) paid to ICANN by all the Applicable Registry Operators during the immediately previous calendar year pursuant to the Applicable Registry Agreements, and (B) the affirmative approval of a majority of the Applicable Registry Operators at the time such approval is obtained. For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to clause (B), each Applicable Registry Operator shall have one vote for each top-­‐level domain operated by such Registry Operator pursuant to an Applicable Registry Agreement.
