Registrar General definition

Registrar General means the registrar general under the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Act 1962, and includes the deputy registrar general under that Act.

  • Where the applicant does not provide the requested information or the payment of the handling fee within the stipulated time determined by the Registrar General, the international application is considered abandoned and the Registrar General shall not forward this to the International Bureau.
