Registered Proprietary Assets means all United States, international and foreign: (i) patents, including applications therefor; (ii) registered trademarks, applications to register trademarks, including intent-to-use applications, or other registrations or applications related to trademarks; (iii) copyright registrations and applications to register copyrights; (iv) maskwork registrations and applications to register maskworks; and (v) any other intellectual property rights that are the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration or other document issued by, filed with, or recorded by, any state, government or other public legal authority at any time.

Registered Proprietary Assets has the meaning set out in §(j)(i) of Schedule F. "Regulatory Approvals" means those sanctions, rulings, consents, orders, exemptions, permits and other approvals (including the lapse, without objection, of a prescribed time under a statute or regulation that states that a transaction may be implemented if a time lapses following the giving notice without objection being made by an Agency) set out on Schedule H.

  • Proprietary Asset means any: (a) patent, patent application, trademark (whether registered or unregistered), trademark application, trade name, fictitious business name, service xxxx (whether registered or unregistered), service xxxx application, copyright (whether registered or unregistered), copyright application, maskwork, maskwork application, trade secret, know-how, customer list, franchise, system, computer software, computer program, invention, design, blueprint, engineering drawing, proprietary product, technology, proprietary right or other intellectual property right or intangible asset; or (b) right to use or exploit any of the foregoing.
