Proprietary Asset means any: (a) patent, patent application, trademark (whether registered or unregistered), trademark application, trade name, fictitious business name, service xxxx (whether registered or unregistered), service xxxx application, copyright (whether registered or unregistered), copyright application, maskwork, maskwork application, trade secret, know-how, customer list, franchise, system, computer software, computer program, invention, design, blueprint, engineering drawing, proprietary product, technology, proprietary right or other intellectual property right or intangible asset; or (b) right to use or exploit any of the foregoing.
Proprietary Assets means all patents, patent applications, trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, copyrights, copyright registrations and applications and all other rights corresponding thereto, inventions, databases and all rights therein, all computer software including all source code, object code, firmware, development tools, files, records and data, including all media on which any of the foregoing is stored, formulas, designs, business methods, trade secrets, confidential and proprietary information, proprietary rights, know-how and processes, and all documentation related to any of the foregoing; and (ii) “Registered Intellectual Property” means all Proprietary Assets of any Group Company, wherever located, that has been filed with or recorded by any competent Governmental Authority.
Registered Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration or other document issued, filed with, or recorded by any private, state, government or other legal authority.
Company Registered Intellectual Property means all of the Registered Intellectual Property owned by, or filed in the name of, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Registered Charity means a charitable organization which is registered with the Canada Revenue Agency as a registered charity and listed in the attached link, which may be updated from time to time: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/chrts-gvng/lstngs/menu-eng.html.
registered proprietor , in relation to a trade mark, means the person for the time being entered in the register as proprietor of the trade mark;
Registered Company Intellectual Property means all Patents, registered Trademarks, applications to register Trademarks, registered Copyrights, applications to register Copyrights, and Domain Names included in the Owned Company Intellectual Property that are currently registered, recorded, or filed by, for, or in the name of Company or any Company Subsidiary.
registered premises means a location that is licensed pursuant to this chapter and includes:
Registered Professional means a professional registered or licensed by and in the State of Florida and practicing under Chapter 471, 472, 481, or 492, F.S.
Company Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all of the Registered Intellectual Property Rights owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Registered User means a person who is for the time being registered as such under section 49;
registered pharmacist means a person whose name is for the time being entered in the register of the State in which he is for the time being residing or carrying on his profession or business of pharmacy;
Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights that are the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration, or other document issued by, filed with, or recorded by, any Governmental Authority in any jurisdiction.
Registered Player means a person whose application for registration with the Club has been validated by the Registrar for the current playing season;
registered trade mark means a trade mark which is actually on the register and remaining in force;
registered trade union means a trade union registered under The Trade Unions Act, 1926 (16 of 1926);
Registered professional nurse means that term as defined in section 17201 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.17201.
Proprietary Account means (1) a securities investment or trading account held in the name of an Employee or any of his or her Family Members, or of which that Employee or any of his or her Family Members has Beneficial Ownership, or (2) a proprietary investment or trading account maintained for the Firm or its Employees, except that the term “Proprietary Account” does not include any such account to which the Firm serves as investment adviser.
Proprietary Interest means any legal, equitable or other ownership, whether through stock holding or otherwise, of an interest in a business, firm or entity; provided, that ownership of less than 5% of any class of equity interest in a publicly held company shall not be deemed a Proprietary Interest.
Proprietary Property The term "Proprietary Property" is collectively and severally defined as any written or tangible property owned or used by Company in connection with Company's business, whether or not such property also qualifies as Confidential Information. Proprietary Property shall be broadly defined and shall include, by way of example and not limitation, products, samples, equipment, files, lists, books, notebooks, records, documents, memoranda, reports, patterns, schematics, compilations, designs, drawings, data, test results, contracts, agreements, literature, correspondence, spread sheets, computer programs and software, computer print outs, other written and graphic records, and the like, whether originals, copies, duplicates or summaries thereof, affecting or relating to the business of Company, financial statements, budgets, projections, invoices.
Intellectual Property Asset means, at the time of determination, any interest (fee, license or otherwise) then owned by any Credit Party in any Intellectual Property.
Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.
Intellectual Property Assets includes:
Registered patient means a patient who is included in a list that is a registered patient list for the purposes of the Primary Medical Services (Sale of Goodwill and Restrictions on Sub- contracting) Regulations 2004(e);
Proprietary product means a manufactured component or other product that is produced by a private person. It may be protected by patent, trademark or copyright.
Registered nurse means a person registered by the Board as a Registered Nurse.
