Refrigerated Unit definition

Refrigerated Unit means the equipment fitted on the insulated container, which by means of power drawn from a self-contained engine using diesel fuel or from an external main electric supply refrigerates the interior of the insulated container.

  • Heat unit means a unit of energy equal to the product of the peak kilovoltage, milliamperes, and seconds, i.e., kVp x mA x second.

  • Palletized unit load means a MIL-STD-129 defined quantity of items, packed or unpacked, arranged on a pallet in a specified manner and secured, strapped, or fastened on the pallet so that the whole palletized load is handled as a single unit. A palletized or skidded load is not considered to be a shipping container. A loaded 463L System pallet is not considered to be a palletized unit load.   • Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.

  • Landfill Gas means any gas derived through any biological process from the decomposition of waste buried within a waste disposal site.

  • Geothermal fluid means water in any form at temperatures greater than 120

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.
