Record of Application Book of the Board. – shall mean the Record of Application for Accreditation Book under R.A. No. 8502 especially evolved for purposes of the Act, wherein the name of the applicant shall be recorded and the corresponding date of the official acceptance of the application are so consecutively entered. This is to be differentiated from the Accreditation Book, which contains the names of all Qualified Jewelry Enterprises, and their corresponding dates of accreditation and renewal of accreditation.
