Recipient Investigator means :
Recipient Investigator. The investigator whose lab the research project will be conducted in. The MTA limits the use of the materials to the Recipient Investigator’s lab.

  • The Recipient Investigator should include with his/her IRB application a copy of the funding agency grant, and a copy of the signed Usage Agreement so that the IRB knows that the terms of the Usage Agreement will be followed.

  • The Recipient Investigator agrees to provide such Biospecimen Data as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than immediately upon acceptance of a subset of data for publication or public disclosure of a submitted patent application, whichever is earlier.
