assigns shall not include any purchaser of Securities merely because of such purchase.
Permitted Assigns means a Transferee of shares of Common Stock that agrees to become party to, and to be bound to the same extent as its Transferor by the terms of, this Agreement.
Successors and Assigns means a corporation or other entity acquiring all or substantially all the assets and business of the Company (including this Agreement), whether by operation of law or otherwise.
Heirs means those persons, including the surviving spouse, who are entitled under the statutes of intestate succession to the property of a decedent.
Successors as used in this Agreement shall not include any purchaser, as such purchaser, of any of the [Unsecured Notes] from any of the respective Underwriters.

Baggage means luggage, and personal possessions and travel documents; whether owned, borrowed, or rented, taken by the Insured on the Trip.
Administrators means each of David Friedman and Mark Wendel, solely in such Person's capacity as Administrator of the Trust continued hereunder and not in such Person's individual capacity, or such Administrator's successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor appointed as herein provided.
Releases means any release, threatened release, spill, emission, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, escape, injection, deposit, disposal, discharge, dispersal, dumping, leaching or migration of Hazardous Material into or through the environment.
Released Property means any portion of the Project removed, scrapped, traded in, sold, or otherwise disposed of pursuant to Section 4.03 hereof, any portion of the Project stolen, damaged, destroyed, or taken by condemnation or eminent domain proceedings as described in Article VII hereof, and any infrastructure which the Company dedicates to the public use (within the meaning of that phrase as used in Section 12-6-3420(C) of the Code).
Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.
Releasing Persons means the Plaintiff, on behalf of himself and the Settlement Class Members, and each and every Settlement Class Member, as well as their respective spouses, heirs, executors, successors, representatives, agents, parents, mandataries, tutors, curators and assigns;
Baggage and Personal Effects means luggage, personal possessions and travel documents taken by You on Your Trip.
Personal Account means any account owned by, or in the name of, an OppenheimerFunds Employee or Access Person in which Securities may be held or any such account in which an Employee (including an Access or Investment Person) has a Beneficial Interest.
Successor personal representative means a personal representative, other than a special administrator, who is appointed to succeed a previously appointed personal representative.
Released Defendants Claims” means all claims and causes of action of every nature and description, whether known claims or Unknown Claims, whether arising under federal, state, common or foreign law, that arise out of or relate in any way to the institution, prosecution, or settlement of the claims asserted in the Action against the Defendants. Released Defendants’ Claims do not include any claims relating to the enforcement of the Settlement or any claims against any person or entity who or which submits a request for exclusion from the Settlement Class that is accepted by the Court.
Subordinate means, with respect to an obligation (the “Subordinated Obligation”) and another obligation of the obligor thereon to which such obligation is being compared (the “Senior Obligation”), a contractual, trust or similar arrangement (without regard to the existence of preferred creditors arising by operation of law or to collateral, credit support, lien or other credit enhancement arrangements or provisions regarding the application of proceeds of any of the foregoing) providing that (i) upon the liquidation, dissolution, reorganization or winding up of the obligor, claims of the holders of the Senior Obligation will be satisfied prior to the claims of the holders of the Subordinated Obligation or (ii) the holders of the Subordinated Obligation will not be entitled to receive or retain payments in respect of their claims against the obligor at any time that the obligor is in payment arrears or is otherwise in default under the Senior Obligation.
Personal vehicle means a vehicle that is:
Checked Baggage means baggage of which the carrier takes sole custody and for which the carrier issues a baggage identification tag.
Preexisting Account means a Financial Account maintained by a Reporting Financial Institution as of June 30, 2014.
