Reaffirmation of Guaranty definition

Reaffirmation of Guaranty means the Acknowledgment and Reaffirmation of Guaranty, dated as of November 3, 1997, executed by PLMI in favor of Lenders reaffirming its obligations under the Guaranty. "Regulations G, T, U and X" means, collectively, Regulations G, T, U and X adopted by the Federal Reserve Board (12 C.F.R. Parts 207, 220, 221 and 224, respectively) and any other regulation in substance substituted therefor.
Reaffirmation of Guaranty means any Reaffirmation of Guaranty under which Guarantor confirms and/or restates Guarantor’s liabilities, obligations and agreements under the Guaranty of the Indebtedness and Obligations of Borrower to the Lenders and the Agent under the Agreement.
Reaffirmation of Guaranty means that certain Reaffirmation of Guaranty, dated as of the Third Amendment Closing Date, by Guarantor in favor of Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders.

More Definitions of Reaffirmation of Guaranty

Reaffirmation of Guaranty means, the Reaffirmation of Guaranty, dated as of the Closing Date, executed by each person that executed a Guaranty or Reaffirmation of Guaranty in connection with the 2004 Credit Agreement.
