Secondary Packaging Materials definition

Secondary Packaging Materials as used in this Agreement shall mean any material employed in the secondary packaging of the Product (e.g. leaflet, label and folded box) but excluding any outer packaging used for transportation or shipment. All Secondary Packaging Materials are listed in the Product Master Plan.
Secondary Packaging Materials means the components and other materials utilized by Sharp in connection with the packaging of the Products and supplied by Sharp on Manufacturer’s behalf.

  • Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.
