Rate Schedule or “Rider” means the rate or charge for a particular classification of service, including all special terms and conditions under which that service is furnished at the prescribed rate or charge.
Rate Schedules means the schedules of EDTI’s Distribution Tariff that set out charges;
Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.
Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.
Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides. Each Party will bill its own network access service rates.

Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.
Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;
Tariff Rate means a fixed or variable rate within a Price Category that determines the Distribution Services charges that apply to an ICP;
Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

InterLATA Traffic describes Telecommunications between a point located in a Local Access and Transport Area ("LATA") and a point located outside such area.
The Schedule of Quantities/ BOQ means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract. Words importing persons include firms and corporations. Words importing the singular only, also include the plural and vice verse where the Context requires.
Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.
Joint Fee Letter means the Joint Fee Letter, dated July 20, 2021, among the Borrowers, Citibank, Bank of America, JPMorgan, and certain of the Arrangers.

Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.
InterMTA Traffic is: (a) traffic originated by a CMRS end user of ALLTEL in an MTA and terminated to an end user of MATC in another MTA; and (b) traffic originated by an end user of MATC in one MTA and terminated to an end user of ALLTEL in another MTA.
Schedule of rates of Railway means the schedule of rates issued under the authority of the Chief Engineer from time to time and shall also include Rates specified in tender document.
CAISO Tariff means the CAISO FERC Electric Tariff, Fifth Replacement Volume No. 1, as amended from time to time.
Extended Summer Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources and Extended Summer Demand Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement.
Tariff means a filing made at the state or federal level for the provision of a telecommunications service by a telecommunications carrier that provides for the terms, conditions and pricing of that service. Such filing may be required or voluntary and may or may not be specifically approved by the Commission or FCC.
CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.
Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.
Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.
SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES, BILL OF QUANTITIES means the Schedule or Quantities as specified and forming part of contract.
