Radio Entity definition

Radio Entity means an entity engaged in the business of radio broadcasting in the United States or engaged in the business of audio streaming in the United States, and in either case not engaged in the business of television broadcasting in the United States.
Radio Entity means an entity which is a member of the Radio Group.
