Quarterly Net Settlement Amount definition

Quarterly Net Settlement Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

  • If the Ceding Company returns Premium to the policyowner or beneficiary under a Covered Insurance Policy based on contestable misrepresentation or suicide of the insured, the Reinsurer will refund the net reinsurance Premiums received on that Covered Insurance Policy to the Ceding Company as part of the Quarterly Net Settlement Amount pursuant to Section 3.2.

  • Net Settlement Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, less the following payments in the amounts approved by the Court: Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Administration Expenses Payment. The remainder is to be paid to Participating Class Members as Individual Class Payments.

  • Maximum Settlement Amount means $500,000,000 as amended or modified in accordance with Appendix E.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($240,000.00) which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Settlement Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, and the Administration Expenses.

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Default Settlement Method means Combination Settlement with a Specified Dollar Amount of $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes; provided, however, that the Company may, from time to time, change the Default Settlement Method by sending notice of the new Default Settlement Method to the Holders, the Trustee and the Conversion Agent.

  • Call Settlement Date means the fifth Business Day following the last Index Business Day in the Call Measurement Period.
