Qualifying Volumes definition

Qualifying Volumes has the meaning assigned to such term in paragraph 5(d)(2) of Exhibit III of that certain Southern Access Offer of Settlement dated December 21, 2005, provided, however, that such Qualifying Volumes shall be limited to a maximum of 394,000 bpd.
Qualifying Volumes is defined in Section 6.2(a).
Qualifying Volumes means, for each Month, the average Monthly Delivered Produced Water delivered to all Measurement Points for the most recently ended Calendar Quarter, as of the last day of such Calendar Quarter; provided that the Qualifying Volumes for each Month prior to the first full Calendar Quarter following the Effective Date shall be the Delivered Produced Water delivered to all Measurement Points for the most recently completed Month.

Related to Qualifying Volumes

  • Trading Volume means the volume of shares of the Company's Common Stock that trade between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM, New York City Time, on any Business Day, and shall expressly exclude any shares trading during "after hours" trading.

  • Average Daily Trading Volume means the average trading volume of the Company’s Common Stock in the ten (10) Trading Days immediately preceding the respective Put Date.

  • Qualifying year means the calendar year to which the qualifying certificate applies.

A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • Three-Month Term SOFR means the rate for Term SOFR for a tenor of three months that is published by the Term SOFR Administrator at the Reference Time for any Floating Interest Period, as determined by the Calculation Agent after giving effect to the Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions.

  • Baseline Period means the 12-month period immediately preceding October 30, 2016.

  • Average Wholesale Price or “AWP” means the wholesale price charged on a specific commodity that is assigned by the drug manufacturer and is listed in a nationally-recognized drug pricing file.
