Southern Access definition

Southern Access means a 42-inch liquids pipeline from Superior, Wisconsin to Flanagan, Illinois.
Southern Access means an expansion and extension of the Enbridge Mainline System, including pump station modifications in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, and new pipeline in Wisconsin and Illinois, to increase crude oil capacity to Midwest refineries and beyond.
