Qualified Travel Purchase definition

Qualified Travel Purchase means a purchase made using any Card enrolled in the programme at an airline, hotel, car rental company, cruise line, travel agency, tour operator or online travel website submitted by a merchant or recognised by American Express’s systems under an appropriate industry code or identifier for the above-listed categories and includes related taxes, booking fees, airport fees and travel insurance premiums charged to a Card of your choice which is enrolled in the programme.
Qualified Travel Purchase has the meaning given in 11.1.

Examples of Qualified Travel Purchase in a sentence

  • All periods recorded under § 60.615(d) when the vent stream is diverted from the control device or has no flow rate.

  • You can redeem a minimum of 1,000 Points against some or all of a Qualified Travel Purchase up to three months after making the purchase.

  • Depending on when you redeem the Points, the credit may be applied to your Card Account in a statement period after you made the Qualified Travel Purchase.

  • A Card account may not be credited until a subsequent billing period after the original Qualified Travel Purchase was charged to that Card account.

  • American Express reserves the right to require that any credit to a Card of your choice that is enrolled in the programme does not exceed the amount of the Qualified Travel Purchase.

  • Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the redemption of points will be awarded to Company in the form of a credit to a Card of your choice, which is enrolled in the Membership Rewards Programme, provided that the Qualified Travel Purchase was originally charged to that Card.

  • Qualified Transaction means (a) any sale or other transfer of, or any release of Liens relating to, any Accounts or any books or records relating thereto, so long as (i) the Borrower delivers to the Agent (A) at least five Business Days prior to the proposed closing date of such transaction, a draft Borrowing Base Certificate prepared on a pro forma basis after giving effect to such transaction and (B) on the closing date of such transaction, a final Borrowing Base Certificate prepared on a pro forma basis after giving effect to such transaction and (ii) if the aggregate Credit Exposures of all Lenders exceeds the Borrowing Base in effect on the closing date of such transaction after giving effect thereto, the Borrower prepays Loans and pays cash to the Agent as required by Section 2.10(c) or (b) any other sale or other transfer of, or any other release of Liens relating to, any Accounts or any books or records relating thereto, so long as (i) the aggregate consideration received with respect to the transaction pursuant to which such Accounts are sold or otherwise transferred does not exceed $10,000,000 and (ii) the aggregate book value of Eligible Accounts sold or otherwise transferred pursuant to such transaction does not exceed $1,000,000; provided that no Accounts sold or transferred pursuant to the foregoing clause (a) or (b) shall be used in any securitization, factoring or similar financing program of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Qualified Transferee means an “accredited investor” as defined in Rule 501 promulgated under the Securities Act.

  • Qualified Trust of an individual means a trust (including, without limitation, a voting trust) established by such individual if and as long as:

  • Specified Transaction will have the meaning specified in Section 14 of this Agreement.

  • Qualified Trustee means (i) a corporation, national bank, national banking association or a trust company, organized and doing business under the laws of any state or the United States of America, authorized under such laws to exercise corporate trust powers and to accept the trust conferred, having a combined capital and surplus of at least $50,000,000 and subject to supervision or examination by federal or state authority, (ii) an institution insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or (iii) an institution whose long-term senior unsecured debt is rated either of the then in effect top two rating categories of each of the applicable Rating Agencies.

  • Specified Transactions means (a) any Specified Disposition, (b) any Permitted Acquisition and (c) the Transactions.

  • Qualified Nurse means a person who holds a valid registration from the Nursing Council of India or the Nursing Council of any state in India.

  • Qualified third party means 1 or more of the following:

  • Qualified Tenant means a tenant (i) with income not exceeding that permitted by the Minimum Set-Aside Test who leases a Low-Income Apartment Unit in the Project under a lease having an original term of not less than 6 months at a rent which satisfies the Rent Restriction Test and (ii) complying with any other requirements imposed by the Project Documents.

It does not include a person who accesses server software or an Online Service solely under a License identified in the Qualified User exemptions in the Product Terms.

  • Qualified Acquisition means any acquisition of either or both the capital stock or assets of any Person or Persons (or any portion thereof), or the last to occur of a series of such acquisitions consummated within a period of six consecutive months, if the aggregate amount of Indebtedness incurred by one or more of the Company and its Subsidiaries to finance the purchase price of, or assumed by one or more of them in connection with the acquisition of, such stock and property is at least $100,000,000.

  • Qualifying investment means a capital investment in real property including the purchase price of land and existing buildings and structures, site preparation, improvements to the real property, building construction, and long-term lease costs. “Qualifying investment” also means a capital investment in depreciable assets.

  • New Non-Qualifying Jobs means the number of Non-Qualifying Jobs, as defined in 34 TEXAS ADMIN. CODE Section 9.1051(14), to be created by the Applicant after the Application Approval Date in connection with the project which is the subject of its Application.

  • Bundled transaction means the purchase of 2 or more distinct and identifiable products, except real property and services to real property, where the products are sold for a single nonitemized price. A bundled transaction does not include the sale of any products in which the sales price varies, or is negotiable, based on the selection by the purchaser of the products included in the transaction.   • Qualified Equity Financing means the first sale (or series of related sales) by the Company of its Preferred Stock following the Date of Issuance from which the Company receives gross proceeds of not less than $1,000,000 (excluding the aggregate amount of securities converted into Preferred Stock in connection with such sale or series of related sales).
