Qualified Appraisal Firm definition

Qualified Appraisal Firm means any firm engaged in business valuation services, but excluding any firm which received more than $15,000 in fees during the preceding 24 calendar months from any party hereto.
Qualified Appraisal Firm means, unless the Members otherwise agree, an appraisal or valuation firm, an appraisal or valuation firm selected by the Managers that (a) has at least one (1) member of the firm who is in compliance with the American Society of Appraisers certification program, (b) does not have a material economic relationship with any Member or Affiliate thereof and (c) has not rendered services to any Member or Affiliate thereof within five (5) years prior to engagement hereunder.
Qualified Appraisal Firm means CB Rxxxxxx Xxxxx, Inc., Cxxxxxx & Wakefield, Inc., or any other appraisal firm approved by the Fund Partnership and GMIMCo.

  • In the event that a Tagging Member that has elected to participate in the proposed Transfer owns Units of a different class or series than are being sold by the Co-Sale Offerees disagrees with the determination of the Qualified Appraisal Firm he, she or it may withdraw such election and not sell Units pursuant to this Section 9.04.

  • Qualified expert means an individual having the knowledge and training to measure ionizing radiation, to evaluate safety techniques, and to advise regarding radiation protection needs, for example, individuals certified in the appropriate field by the American Board of Radiology or the American Board of Health Physics, or those having equivalent qualifications. With reference to the calibration of radiation therapy equipment, an individual having, in addition to the above qualifications, training and experience in the clinical applications of radiation physics to radiation therapy, for example, individuals certified in Therapeutic Radiological Physics or X-Ray and Radium Physics by the American Board of Radiology, or those having equivalent qualifications.
