During the Termination Transition Period for a particular country, LICENSEE shall continue to fill any outstanding orders for Product in such country and fulfil any all obligations under the PVG Agreement and any Applicable Laws related to any Product Registrations and clinical trial agreements for the Product in such country.
Once agreed upon by the Parties, the PVG Agreement will be attached to this Agreement as Schedule 11.3 and made part of this Agreement by reference.
