Purchased Current Assets definition

Purchased Current Assets means an amount equal to the sum of the value of the Purchased Receivables plus the value of the Purchased Inventory.
Purchased Current Assets means the Purchased Accounts Receivable, the Purchased Inventories, and the Purchased Prepaids.
Purchased Current Assets means the current Purchased Assets existing as of Closing, excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Excluded Assets.
